Geographic Pies Culinary Creations

Ages 16 - 19 | Intermediate - Advanced
Students will explore recipes and ingredients indigenous to different regions in the United States and will bake a pie from the region of their choice. Students will present their pies to the chef and explain why they chose the region, what is special about the ingredients, and what they learned about the United States. Students will work under the guidance of the Synergy Master chef and will gain valuable skills in making, filling, and baking pies.
