Ages 16 - 19 | Intermediate - Advanced

Complex skills from the world of French Pastry will be the main focus of this course.  Students will get hands-on experience creating some of the most delicate baked dishes as taught in the finests culinary programs in France.  Synergy’s Master chef will guide students in the skills necessary to make these culinary delights.

 

Objectives:

  • Identify & measure the proper ingredients using a recipe

  • Create & bake French pastries and a variety of high-level skills

  • Discover the culinary arts career and work with a real chef

  • Apply the best techniques for making various types of French pastry
