Ages 13 - 15 | Beginner - Intermediate

Participate in a week of cupcake decorating from a professional pastry chef who has won many culinary awards and honors.  Students will decorate cupcakes using various professional techniques, and will even be able to bake their own cupcakes.  Students will be working in a professional, state of the art culinary kitchen with a certified chef.

Objectives:

• Identify & measure the proper ingredients using a recipe

• Create & bake using a recipe and a variety of skills

• Discover the culinary arts career and work with a real chef

• Apply the best techniques for making and decorating cupcakes
